[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited the sale of fruits until they are clearly ripened. It was asked, "When is that, O Abu Abdur-Rahman?" He said, "When the Thurya rises."  

البيهقي:١٠٥٩٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ أنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى أنا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سُرَاقَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى تُؤْمَنَ عَلَيْهَا الْعَاهَةُ قِيلَ وَمَتَى ذَلِكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ؟ قَالَ إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الثُّرَيَّا
