Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet ﷺ as saying “Locusts are counted along with what is caught in the sea (i.e., the game of the sea).” (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1853)

البيهقي:١٠٠١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ثنا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ جَابَانَ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْجَرَادُ مِنْ صَيْدِ الْبَحْرِ
