[Machine] I have seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ more than twenty-five times or more than twenty times. Abdur-Razzaq said, "I doubt that he recited in the two Rak'ahs of Fajr the Surahs 'Say, O disbelievers' and 'He is Allah, the One'."  

أحمد:٤٩٠٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً أَوْ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ عِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَأَنَا أَشُكُّ يَقْرَأُ فِي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ

[Machine] I recited the Prophet (PBUH) twenty-four or twenty-five times, reciting in the two units before dawn and after sunset, saying "Say, O disbelievers" and "He is Allah, the One."  

أحمد:٥٦٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا حُجَيْنُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

رَمَقْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَرْبَعًا وَعِشْرِينَ مَرَّةًأَوْ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً يَقْرَأُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ وَبَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ

[Machine] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite "Say, O disbelievers" and "He is Allah, the One" in the two units of prayer in the Fajr prayer more than twenty-five times, or he said, more than twenty times.  

الطبراني:١٣٥٢٧ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً أَوْ قَالَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ عِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً يَقْرَأُ فِي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ

The Prophet ﷺ would recite in the two (supererogatory) rak'ahs of the dawn prayer: "Say, O unbelievers" [Surat al-Kafiroon:1] and "Say: He is Allah, the one" [Surat al-Ikhlas:1] (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1256)  

الطبراني:١٣٥٢٨ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ»
