The Prophet ﷺ prayed when there was an eclipse. He recited then he bowed, then he recited then he bowed, then he recited then he bowed, then he recited then he bowed, then he prostrated, and he did the second rak'ahs in same fashion. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1468)   

أحمد:٣٢٣٦حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى بِهِمْ فِي كُسُوفٍ ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ قَالَ وَالْأُخْرَى مِثْلُهَا

The Apostle of Allah ﷺ observed prayer while it was (solar) eclipse. He recited (the Qur'an in qiyam) and then bowed. He again recited and again bowed. He again recited and again bowed and again recited and again bowed, and then prostrated; and the second (rak'ah) was like this.

The Prophet ﷺ prayed at solar eclipse; he recited from the Qur'an and then bowed; then he recited from the Qur'an and then bowed; he then recited from the Qur'an and bowed; he then recited fromt eh Qur'an and bowed. Then he prostrated himself and performed the second rak'ah similar to the first.  

أبو داود:١١٨٣حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ فَقَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ وَالأُخْرَى مِثْلُهَا

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet in the eclipse, he said, "He recited and then performed the bowing (ruku), then recited again, and then performed the bowing. He repeated this pattern until he recited and bowed seven times, and the last one was similar to the previous ones."  

الطبراني:١١٠١٩حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ في الْكُسُوفِ قَالَ «قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ وَالْأُخْرَى مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ»

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ, he prayed during an eclipse and recited, then he prostrated, and performed the same actions in the following cycles.
