ahmad:2852And Hb b. Jarīr > Shuʿbah > Simāk b. Ḥarb > ʿIkrimah

[Machine] Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet ﷺ mentioned the Antichrist and said, "He is one-eyed, and his eye is like a protruding grape. He resembles your own men much like 'Abdul-'Uzza bin Qatan." So, if he appears to be dead, then surely your Lord, the Almighty and Majestic, is not one-eyed.  

أحمد:٢٨٥٢حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ الدَّجَّالَ قَالَ هُوَ أَعْوَرُ هِجَانٌ كَأَنَّ رَأْسَهُ أَصَلَةٌ أَشْبَهُ رِجَالِكُمْ بِهِ عَبْدُ الْعُزَّى بْنُ قَطَنٍ فَإِمَّا هَلَكَ الْهُلَّكُ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ ﷻ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ

[Machine] From the Prophetﷺ that he said about the Dajjal: "He will be one-eyed, his eye will be bulging, as if it is a fruitful head, resembling 'Abdul 'Uzza ibn Qatan more than any of the people. If he appears while I am still among you, I will contend with him on your behalf. But if he appears and I am not there, everyone must fend for themselves, and your Lord is not one-eyed." Shu'bah said: "I narrated this to Qatadah and he narrated to me something similar to this."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الدَّجَّالِ أَعْوَرُ هِجَانٌأَزْهَرُ كَأَنَّ رَأْسَهُ أَصَلَةٌ أَشْبَهُ النَّاسِ بِعَبْدِ الْعُزَّى بْنِ قَطَنٍ فَإِمَّا هَلَكَ الْهُلَّكُ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ قَتَادَةَ فَحَدَّثَنِي بِنَحْوٍ مِنْ هَذَا  

ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَنْ وَصْفِ خِلْقَةِ الدَّجَّالِ وَمَنْ كَانَ يُشْبِهُ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ

[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ mentioning the Dajjal, he said, "He is a blind devil and his right eye is bulging out like a grape. It looks like his head is tied to his neck and he resembles the most in appearance to 'Abdul 'Uzza bin Qatan. If he comes and I am still among you, I will contend with him myself. But if he comes and I am not alive, then your Lord is not one-eyed."  

ابن حبّان:٦٧٩٦أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْعَطَّارُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ الدَّجَّالَ فَقَالَ «أَعْوَرُ هِجَانٌ أَزْهَرُ كَأَنَّ رَأْسَهُ أَصَلَةٌ أَشْبَهُ النَّاسِ بِعَبْدِ الْعُزَّى بْنِ قَطَنٍ فَإِنْ هَلَكَ الْهُلَّكُ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ mentioned the Dajjal and said, "A curly-haired, one-eyed man, with blooming cheeks as if his head is covered with roots, resembling no one but Abd al-Uzza ibn Qatan. However, the ultimate destruction is his destruction, as he is one-eyed and your Lord is not one-eyed."  

الطبراني:١١٧١١حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ذَكَرَ الدَّجَّالَ فَقَالَ «أَعْوَرُ جَعْدٌ هِجَانٌ أَزْهَرُ كَأَنَّ رَأْسَهُ أَصَلَةٌ أَشْبَهُ النَّاسِ بِعَبْدِ الْعُزَّى بْنِ قَطَنٍ وَلَكِنِ الْهُلَّكُ كُلُّ الْهُلَّكِ أَنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَأَنَّ رَبَّكُمْ ﷻ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ»
