Aisha sat beside the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and I sat beside my father (AbuBakr). The equipment and personal effects of AbuBakr and of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were placed with AbuBakr's slave on a camel. AbuBakr was sitting and waiting for his arrival. He arrived but he had no camel with him. He asked: Where is your camel? He replied: I lost it last night. AbuBakr said: There was only one camel, even that you have lost. He then began to beat him while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was smiling and saying: Look at this man who is in the sacred state (putting on ihram), what is he doing? Ibn AbuRizmah said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ spoke nothing except the words: Look at this man who is in the sacred state (wearing ihram), what is he doing? He was smiling (when he uttered these words). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1818)

[Machine] We performed Hajj with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Abu Bakr was also with us. When we reached Al-Arj, we camped there and Aisha went to one side, and I went to the other side with my father. Abu Bakr sat waiting for his servant, and our camels and the camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were all together. The servant went out, but he did not have his camel with him. So Abu Bakr asked him, "Where is your camel?" He replied, "I lost it last night." Abu Bakr said, "There is only one camel who would mislead him." Then he started hitting the servant, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ smiled and said, "Look at this criminal, see what he's doing."

[Machine] With the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were Hujjaj (pilgrims). Truly, the companionship of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and the companionship of Abu Bakr were one. So, we descended to Al-Arj, and our companionship was with the son of Abu Bakr. Aisha sat next to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and Abu Bakr sat next to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from the other side. I sat next to my father, waiting for his son and his companion to join us. Then, the boy looked around and walked away without his camel. Abu Bakr asked him, "Where is your camel?" He replied, "It went astray tonight." Aisha stood up, slapped him, and said, "Only one camel you lost? And you are a man?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ smiled and said, "Look at this person who is in Ihram, and what can he do."
