[Machine] I wore a necklace with strands of gold. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw it and turned away from me. He said, "What prevents you from replacing it with strands of fire on the Day of Resurrection?". Then, I took it off.  

أحمد:٢٦٧٣٥حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

لَبِسْتُ قِلَادَةً فِيهَا شَعَرَاتٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ قَالَتْ فَرَآهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنِّي فَقَالَ مَا يُؤَمِّنُكِ أَنْ يُقَلِّدَكِ اللهُ مَكَانَهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شَعَرَاتٍ مِنْ نَارٍ قَالَتْ فَنَزَعْتُهَا

[Machine] I wore a necklace that had strands of gold in it and the Prophet ﷺ saw me wearing it and disliked it, so he turned away from me. I took it off and he said, "What makes you feel secure that Allah will not substitute you with it on the Day of Resurrection with strands of fire?"  

الطبراني:٢٠٣٦٤حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

لَبِسْتُ قِلَادَةً فِيهَا شَعَرَاتٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَرَآنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَكَرِهَهَا فَأَعْرَضَ عَنِّي فَنَزَعْتُهَا فَقَالَ «مَا يُؤْمِنُكِ أَنْ يُقَلِّدَكِ اللهُ مَكَانَهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شَعَرَاتٍ مِنْ نَارٍ»

أَنَّهَا لَبِسَتْ قِلَادَةً فِيهَا شُعَيْرَاتٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَرَآهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَكَرِهَهَا فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا فَنَزَعَتْهَا فَقَالَ «مَا يُؤْمِنُكِ أَنْ يُقَلِّدَكِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَكَانَهَا شَعَرَاتٍ مِنْ نَارٍ»
