قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ وَأَبُو بُرْدَةَ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى اسْمُهُ عَامِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الأَشْعَرِيُّ وَلاَ نَعْرِفُ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ إِلاَّ حَدِيثَ عَائِشَةَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ judged: "The produce is for the responsible one." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1285)

الحاكم:٢١٨١ – أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ»

ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى نَفْيِ إِجَازَةِ دُخُولِ الْمَرْءِ الْخَلَاءَ بِشَيْءٍ فِيهِ ذِكْرُ اللَّهِ
