The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to observe prayers like your prayers, but he would delay the prayer after nightfall to a little after the time you observed it, and he would shorten the prayer.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الصَّلَوَاتِ نَحْوًا مِنْ صَلاَتِكُمْ وَكَانَ يُؤَخِّرُ الْعَتَمَةَ بَعْدَ صَلاَتِكُمْ شَيْئًا وَكَانَ يُخِفُّ الصَّلاَةَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي كَامِلٍ يُخَفِّفُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to lead us in the obligatory prayer, without prolonging it or rushing through it. He would not make it too long or too short. He would delay the Isha prayer.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي بِنَا الصَّلَاةَ الْمَكْتُوبَةَ وَلَا يُطِيلُ فِيهَا وَلَا يُخِفُّ وَسَطًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَكَانَ يُؤَخِّرُ الْعَتَمَةَ

[AI] "He (Jabir ibn Samurah) heard that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform prayers similar to your prayers which you offer today. However, he used to shorten them. His prayers were lighter than your prayers, and he used to recite Al-Waqi'ah and similar Surahs during the Fajr prayer."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الصَّلَوَاتِ كَنَحْوٍ مِنْ صَلَاتِكُمُ الَّتِي تُصَلُّونَ الْيَوْمَ وَلَكِنَّهُ كَانَ يُخَفِّفُ كَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ أَخَفَّ مِنْ صَلَاتِكُمْ وَكَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْفَجْرِ الْوَاقِعَةَ وَنَحْوَهَا مِنَ السُّوَرِ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ used to pray a similar prayer to yours, but he used to shorten the prayer. He would recite Surah Al-Waqi'ah and similar Surahs in the Fajr prayer.

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «يُصَلِّي نَحْوًا مِنْ صَلَاتِكُمْ وَلَكِنَّهُ كَانَ يُخَفِّفُ الصَّلَاةَ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ بِالْوَاقِعَةِ وَنَحْوِهَا مِنَ السُّوَرِ»

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الصَّلَوَاتِ نَحْوًا مِنْ صَلَاتِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرُ الْعَتَمَةَ بَعْدَ صَلَاتِكُمْ شَيْئًا وَكَانَ يَخِفُّ الصَّلَاةَ»

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying the prayers similar to your prayers. He used to pray Dhuhr when the sun began to decline, and he used to recite in the Fajr prayer "Qaf" and "Al-Qur'an Al-Majeed" and similar Surahs.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الصَّلَوَاتِ كَنَحْوٍ مِنْ صَلَاتِكُمْ كَانَ «يُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ حِينَ تَزُولُ الشَّمْسُ وَكَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ بِ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ وَيس وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform the obligatory prayers of Witr neither too fast nor too long, and he used to delay it until nightfall.

"عَنْ جَابِر قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّى بِنَا الْمَكْتُوبَةَ صَلاَةً لا نُطِيلُ فِيهَا، وَلاَ نُخَفِّفُ، وَسَطًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ، وَكَانَ يُؤَخِّرُ العَتْمَةَ".
