The Prophet ﷺ praying with a spear as sutrah at al-Abtah
[AI] I came to the Prophet ﷺ at al-Abtah while he was in a red tent. He said: Bilal came out with the leftover water from his wudu, and among the people were those who sprinkled themselves with it and those who took some. He said: Then Bilal gave the adhan, and I kept following his mouth like this and like this, meaning to the right and to the left. He said: Then a spear was planted for him. He said: Then the Prophet ﷺ came out wearing a red cloak, or a red suit, and it was as if I could see the shine of his shins. He led us in praying Zuhr or Asr, two rakahs, toward the spear. A woman, a dog, and a donkey would pass, and they were not prevented. Then he continued praying two rakahs until he came to Medina. Waki said once: He prayed Zuhr two rakahs and Asr two rakahs.
