“I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about Mi’rad. He said: ‘Do not eat unless you pierce (the game).’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3215)

[Machine] I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about hunting with throwing arrows, so he mentioned something similar to it.  

الدارمي:٢٠٤٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمِعْرَاضِ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

[Machine] I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about hunting with arrows. He said, "If you hit it with its cutting edge, then eat it. But if you hit it with its broadside, then do not eat it because it is carrion."

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمِعْرَاضِ؟ فَقَالَ «لَا تَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ إِلَّا مَا ذَكَّيْتَ»

I asked Messenger of Allah ﷺ about Al Mirad (i.e. a sharp-edged piece of wood or a piece of wood provided with a piece of iron used for hunting). He replied, "If the game is hit by its sharp edge, eat it, and if it is hit by its broad side, do not eat it, for it has been beaten to death." I asked, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I release my dog by the name of Allah and find with it at the game, another dog on which I have not mentioned the name of Allah, and I do not know which one of them caught the game." Messenger of Allah ﷺ said (to him), 'Don't eat it as you have mentioned the name of Allah on your dog and not on the other dog." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2054)  

الطبراني:١٤٢٩٢حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ثَنَا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ثَنَا حُصَيْنٌ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ

[Machine] I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about eating while having an upset stomach. He said, "If it rumbles, then eat. And if it causes pain, then do not eat."

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمِعْرَاضِ؟ فَقَالَ «إِذَا خَزَقَ فَكُلْ وَإِذَا صَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ»
