[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ that he said, "When a female slave is freed, she is free to go wherever she pleases as long as she doesn't harm anyone. If she chooses to leave, she may do so. But if she stays and is mistreated, she has no choice but to endure it and cannot separate herself from it."  

أحمد:١٦٦١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رِجَالًا يَتَحَدَّثُونَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ الْأَمَةُ فَهِيَ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَطَأْهَا إِنْ شَاءَتْ فَارَقَتْهُ وَإِنْ وَطِئَهَا فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا وَلَا تَسْتَطِيعُ فِرَاقَهُ
