[Machine] I heard some men from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ talking about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "When a slave woman is freed while she is under the ownership of a man, then her matter is in her own hands. If she consents until he touches her, then she is his wife and she cannot separate from him."  

أحمد:١٦٦٢٠ – حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رِجَالًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَتَحَدَّثُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ الْأَمَةُ وَهِيَ تَحْتَ الْعَبْدِ فَأَمْرُهَا بِيَدِهَا فَإِنْ هِيَ أَقَرَّتْ حَتَّى يَطَأَهَا فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ لَا تَسْتَطِيعُ فِرَاقَهُ
