[Machine] "That Usaid ibn Hudair and Abbād ibn Bishr were with the Prophet ﷺ on a dark night in Hindis. They left from his presence, and one of them lit his stick, and they walked by its light. When they separated, the stick of the other one also lit up as well. Hammad also said something similar. And when they separated, the stick of this person and the stick of that person also lit up."  

أحمد:١٣٨٧٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ أُسَيْدَ بْنَ حُضَيْرٍ وَعَبَّادَ بْنَ بِشْرٍ كَانَا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ظَلْمَاءَ حِنْدِسٍ فَخَرَجَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَأَضَاءَتْ عَصَا أَحَدِهِمَا فَجَعَلَا يَمْشِيَانِ فِي ضَوْئِهَا فَلَمَّا تَفَرَّقَا أَضَاءَتْ عَصَا الْآخَرِ وَقَدْ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ أَيْضًا فَلَمَّا تَفَرَّقَا أَضَاءَتْ عَصَا ذَا وَعَصَا ذَا

[Machine] "Ussayd bin Hudhayr and Abbad bin Bishr were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a dark night in Hindis. When they left his presence, one of their staffs lit up and they walked by its light. When they separated, each staff lit up."  

أحمد:١٢٩٨٠ – حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ أُسَيْدَ بْنَ حُضَيْرٍ وَعَبَّادَ بْنَ بِشْرٍ كَانَا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ظَلْمَاءَ حِنْدِسٍ قَالَ فَلَمَّا خَرَجَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ أَضَاءَتْ عَصَا أَحَدِهِمَا فَكَانَا يَمْشِيَانِ بِضَوْئِهَا فَلَمَّا تَفَرَّقَا أَضَاءَتْ عَصَا هَذَا وَعَصَا هَذَا  

hakim:5261 – ʿAlī b. Ḥamshādh al-ʿAdl > Hishām b. ʿAlī And ʾIsḥāq b. al-Ḥasan > ʿAffān b. Muslim > Ḥammād b. Salamah > Thābit > Anas

[Machine] "Usaid ibn Hudair and Abbad ibn Bishr were with the Prophet ﷺ on a dark night in Hindis. When they left, one of them's staff illuminated and they walked in its light. When they separated, the other's staff also illuminated." This hadith is authentic according to the criteria of Imam Muslim, and he did not exclude it in his collection of hadiths.  

الحاكم:٥٢٦١ – حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

«كَانَ أُسَيْدُ بْنُ حُضَيْرٍ وَعَبَّادُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ظَلْمَاءَ حِنْدِسٍ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَا أَضَاءَتْ عَصَا أَحَدِهُمَا فَمَشِيَا فِي ضَوْءِهَا فَلَمَّا افْتَرَقَا أَضَاءَتْ عَصَا الْآخَرُ» صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط مسلم  

nasai-kubra:8188 – Abū Bakr b. Nāfiʿ > Bahz b. Asad > Ḥammād > Thābit > Anas

[Machine] That Sa'id ibn Hudaayr and 'Abbaad ibn Bishr were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a dark night in Hindis, so they left from him and one of them's staff illuminated, so they began to walk with its light, and when they separated, the other's staff illuminated.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٨١٨٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ أُسَيْدَ بْنَ حُضَيْرٍ وَعَبَّادَ بْنَ بِشْرٍ «كَانَا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ظَلْمَاءَ حِنْدِسٍ فَخَرَجَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَأَضَاءَتْ عَصَا أَحَدِهِمَا فَجَعَلَا يَمْشِيَانِ بِضَوْئِهَا فَلَمَّا تَفَرَّقَا أَضَاءَتْ عَصَا الْآخَرِ»
