[Machine] Some of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, whom I do not accuse, informed me that while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was walking in the graveyard with Bilal, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Bilal, do you hear what I hear?" Bilal replied, "No, by Allah, O Messenger of Allah, I do not hear it." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do you not hear the people of these graves being punished?" Referring to the graves of the people from the time of ignorance (pre-Islamic era).

أحمد:١٣٧١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

أَخْبَرَنِي بَعْضُ مَنْ لَا أَتَّهِمُهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَبِلَالٌ يَمْشِيَانِ بِالْبَقِيعِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَا بِلَالُ هَلْ تَسْمَعُ مَا أَسْمَعُ؟ قَالَ لَا وَاللهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا أَسْمَعُهُ قَالَ أَلَا تَسْمَعُ أَهْلَ هَذِهِ الْقُبُورِ يُعَذَّبُونَ؟ يَعْنِي قُبُورَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ

الحاكم:١١٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ ثنا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنِي هِلَالُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

بَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَبِلَالٌ يَمْشِيَانِ بِالْبَقِيعِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَا بِلَالُ هَلْ تَسْمَعُ مَا أَسْمَعُ؟» قَالَ لَا وَاللَّهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا أَسْمَعُهُ قَالَ «أَلَا تَسْمَعُ أَهْلَ الْقُبُورِ يُعَذَّبُونَ»

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إِنَّمَا اتَّفَقَا عَلَى حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ» عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «لَوْلَا أَنْ تَدَافَنُوا لَسَأَلْتُ اللَّهَ عَنْهُ أَنْ يُسْمِعَكُمْ عَذَابَ الْقَبْرِ» على شرطهما

"عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أبِى مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: بَيْنَا رَسُولُ الله ﷺ وَبِلاَلٌ يَمْشِيَانِ بالبَقِيع فَقَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ : يَا بِلاَلُ هَلْ تَسْمَعُ مَا أَسْمَعُ؟ قَالَ: لاَ والله يَا رَسُولَ الله، فَقَالَ: أَلاَ تَسْمعُ أَهْلَ القُبُورِ يُعَذبونَ؟ ! ".
