That was the part of Satan in thee. And then he washed it with the water of Zamzam in a golden basin and then it was joined together and restored to it place. The boys came running to his mother, i. e. his nurse, and said: Verily Muhammad has been murdered. They all rushed toward him (and found him all right) His color was changed, Anas said. I myself saw the marks of needle on his breast. (Using translation from Muslim 162c)

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was playing with some young boys when the Angel Gabriel ﷺ came to him and grabbed him, causing him to fall down and his chest to be split open. Gabriel then removed a clot from his heart and said, "This is the Shaytan's portion from you." He then washed it in a golden basin filled with Zamzam water and placed it back in its original place. The young boys ran to their mother and said, "Muhammad has been killed!" They rushed to him and found him pale in color. Anas said, "I saw the mark of the stitches on his chest, and perhaps Hammad said, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was visited by someone.'"

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to play with the children. A man came and embraced him, and then ripped open his stomach, taking out a leech from it. He threw it away and said, "This is your portion from Satan." Then he washed it in a cup made of gold with Zamzam water. After that, he returned to his mother while the children followed him, saying, "Muhammad has been killed, Muhammad has been killed." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ faced them, and his face had turned pale. Anas said, "We used to see the effect of the leech on his chest."

Gabriel held him and pressed him until he was short of breath and then removed a clot from his heart, saying, "This is the share of Satan from you." He then washed it in a golden basin with Zamzam water and put it back in its place. Anas said, "Then the boys came running to their mother meaning his heart, and they said, 'Verily Muhammad has been murdered.' His heart approached them while he was turning pale." Anas said, "We could see the marks of stitches on his chest." The narration has been reported as authentic with a correct chain of narration, and it has also been narrated by Umar ibn Al-Khattab and Ali ibn Abi Talib, 'Nothing can overcome two easiness.'"
