tabarani:9080 – al-Ḥusayn b. Isḥāq al-Tustarī > Yaḥyá al-Ḥimmānī > al-Muḥāribī And ʾAbū ʿAwānah > al-Aʿmash > al-Minhāl b. ʿAmr > Qays b. al-Sakan > ʿAbdullāh b. Masʿūd Waʾarsalnā al-Riyāḥ Lawāqiḥ

[Machine] Allah sends the winds, which carry the water. Then clouds pass by, swirling like bales of cotton. Then it rains.  

الطبراني:٩٠٨٠ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ {وَأَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيَاحَ لَوَاقِحَ} قَالَ

«يُرْسِلُ اللهُ الرِّيحَ فَتَحْمِلُ الْمَاءَ فَيَمُرُّ سَحَابٌ فَيُدِرُّ كَمَا تُدِرُّ اللِّقْحَةُ ثُمَّ يُمْطِرُ»
