الطبراني:٨٩٢٤ – حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْقَطِرَانِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ وَسُلَيْمَانَ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ «§مَنْ أَفْتَى النَّاسَ بِكُلِّ مَا يَسْأَلُونَهُ فَهُوَ مَجْنُونٌ» هَذَا لَفْظُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَرْبٍ

وَقَالَ الْحَوْضِيُّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ «فِي كُلِّ مَا يَسْتَفْتُونَهُ»
