[Machine] I went with a man to Abdullah's house, and there he was standing, praying, surrounded by two men. When he finished, they asked him about a verse, and he said to one of them, "Who taught you?" He said, "Umar." He said to the other, "Who taught you?" He said, "Abu Hakim or Abu Amrah." He said, "Read as Umar taught you." Then he cried until his tears wet the pebbles, and he said, "Umar used to be a strong fortress for Islam, people would enter Islam and not leave. But when Umar was hit, the fortress was weakened."

[Machine] Abdullah was approached by two men while we were with him. They said, "O Abu Abdullah, how should we recite this verse?" So Abdullah recited it to them. The man said, "Abu Hakim recites it to me like this and like that." Then the other man recited it, and Abdullah said, "Who taught you to recite it?" He said, "Umar." Abdullah said, "Recite it as Umar recited it to you." Then Abdullah wept until I saw his tears flowing on the rocks. Then he said, "Umar was a strong fortress for Islam; people would enter it and not come out. But the fortress has been gradually demolished, so people are coming out of it and not entering."

[Machine] Abu Hakim Al-Muzani recited to me and then he recited to another person. He asked, "Who recited to you?" The man replied, "Umar ibn Al-Khattab recited to me." Abdullah cried until his tears turned his cheeks red. Then he said, "Recite as Umar recited to you." He then turned a handful of pebbles in his hand and said, "Indeed, Umar was a fortress, a stronghold for Islam. People would enter it but never leave. But when Umar died, the fortress collapsed and people started leaving it without entering."
