[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: "When a woman is married, two men have married her, each having a portion. The one who married her first has more right to her. And in the case of two men purchasing a single commodity, the one who has more right to it is the first to purchase it."  

الطبراني:٧٠٦٨وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ «إِذَا أُنْكِحَتِ امْرَأَةٌ يَنْكِحُهَا رَجُلَانِ شَتًّى كِلَاهُمَا مَوْلًى فَأَحَقُّ النَّاكِحَيْنِ أَوَّلُهُمَا وَالْبَيْعُ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ رَجُلَانِ سِلْعَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِنَّ أَحَقَّهُمَا بِهَا أَوَّلُهُمَا»
