[Machine] The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "Satan has kohl and a rope. When a person applies kohl, his eyes go to sleep and forget about remembering Allah. And when he ties the rope, his tongue is struck with evil."

الطبراني:٦٨٥٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ السِّمْسَارُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لِلشَّيْطَانِ كُحْلًا وَلَعُوقًا فَإِذَا كَحَّلَ الْإِنْسَانَ مِنْ كُحْلِهِ نَامَتْ عَيْنَاهُ عَنِ الذِّكْرِ وَإِذَا لَعَّقَهُ مِنْ لَعُوقِهِ ذَرَبَ لِسَانُهُ بِالشَّرِّ»

البزّار:٣٩٥٤ – حَدَّثنا رِزْقُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ومُحَمَّد بْنُ الليث الهدادي قَالاَ حَدَّثنَا الحسن بن بِشْر بن سلم قَال حَدَّثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبد الْمَلِكِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرة رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ إِنَّ لِلشَّيْطَانِ كُحْلا وَلَعُوقًا فَإِذَا كَحَّلَ الإِنْسَانَ مِنْ كُحْلِهِ شَغَلَهُ عَنِ الصَّلاةِ وَإِذَا أَلْعَقَهُ مِنْ لَعُوقِهِ ذَرَبَ لِسَانُهُ بِالشَّرِّ
