حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ الْعَدَوِيُّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever seeks something from his brother without clear evidence, then the one being asked has more right to refuse." And the wording is that of Ali ibn Bahr.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ طَلَبَ عِنْدَ أَخِيهِ طَلِبَةً بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ فَالْمَطْلُوبُ أَوْلَى بِالْيَمِينِ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ بَحْرٍ
