[Machine] We were with the Prophet ﷺ writing down the revelation, and he said, "Blessings be upon Sham (Syria)" three times. So, we asked, "And what is that, O Prophet of Allah?" He replied, "Verily, the angels are spreading their wings over Sham."  

الطبراني:٤٩٣٤حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ شِمَاسَةَ يُخْبِرُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ

كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَكْتُبُ الْوَحْيَ فَقَالَ «طُوبَى لِلشَّامِ» ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَقُلْنَا وَمَا ذَاكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ؟ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ نَاشِرَةٌ أَجْنِحَتَهَا عَلَى الشَّامِ»
