ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمࣲ وَأَهْلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ
Your Lord would not destroy any town without cause if its people were acting righteously.
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمࣲ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ
