سَلْمَى امْرَأَةُ أَبِي رَافِعٍ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «يُقَالُ مَوْلَاةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَيُقَالُ مَوْلَاةُ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ»

[Machine] On the authority of Salma, the freedwoman of Abu Rafi', the servant of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said: "O Messenger of Allah, tell me some words that I can say without becoming excessive (in my supplications)." He said: "Say: 'Allahu Akbar' ten times. Allah will say, 'This is for Me.' And say: 'Subhan Allah' ten times. Allah will say, 'This is for Me.' And say: 'Allahumma ighfirli' (O Allah, forgive me) and you will find that you have done (repentance).' Say it ten times and Allah will say, 'You have repented.'"  

عَنْ سَلْمَى أُمِّ بَنِي أَبِي رَافِعٍ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَخْبِرْنِي بِكَلِمَاتٍ وَلَا تُكْثِرْ عَلَيَّ فَقَالَ قُولِي اللهُ أَكْبَرُ عَشَرَ مِرَارٍ يَقُولُ اللهُ هَذَا لِي وَقُولِي سُبْحَانَ اللهِ عَشْرَ مِرَارٍ يَقُولُ اللهُ هَذَا لِي وَقُولِي اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي يَقُولُ قَدْ فَعَلْتُ فَتَقُولِينَ عَشْرَ مِرَارٍ وَيَقُولُ قَدْ فَعَلْتُ
