[Machine] "Jameela, the daughter of Umayyah bin Salul, came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I have no issue with Thabit bin Qais in terms of his character or religion, but I cannot tolerate his animosity towards me and I hate disbelief in Islam.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her, 'Would you return his garden to him?' She replied, 'Yes.' So the Prophet ﷺ commanded Thabit to take from her what he had given her and not ask for more."  

الطبراني:٢١٠٠٧حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ جَمِيلَةَ بِنْتَ أُبَيِّ بْنِ سَلُولٍ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي لَا أَعْتِبُ عَلَى ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ فِي خُلُقٍ وَلَا دِينٍ وَلَكِنِّي لَا أُطِيقُهُ بُغْضًا وَأَكْرَهُ الْكُفْرَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهَا مَا سَاقَ إِلَيْهَا وَلَا يَزْدَادُ

The wife of Thabit bin Qais came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I do not blame Thabit for defects in his character or his religion, but I, being a Muslim, dislike to behave in un-Islamic manner (if I remain with him)." On that Messenger of Allah ﷺ said (to her), "Will you give back the garden which your husband has given you (as Mahr)?" She said, "Yes." Then the Prophet ﷺ said to Thabit, "O Thabit! Accept your garden, and divorce her once."

أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ مَا أَعْتُبُ عَلَيْهِ فِي خُلُقٍ وَلاَ دِينٍ وَلَكِنِّي أَكْرَهُ الْكُفْرَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ اقْبَلِ الْحَدِيقَةَ وَطَلِّقْهَا تَطْلِيقَةً قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ لَا يُتَابَعُ فِيهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

The wife of Thabit bin Qais came to Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I do not blame Thabit for any defects in his character or his religion, but I cannot endure to live with him." On that Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Will you return his garden to him?" She said, "Yes."

"O Messenger of Allah, I do not find any fault with Thabit bin Qais regarding his attitude or religious commitment, but I hate Kufr after becoming Muslim." The Messenger of Allah said: "Will you give him back his garden?" She said: "Yes." The Messenger of Allah said: "Take back the garden and divorce her once."  

النسائي:٣٤٦٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

Jamilah bint Salul came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: "By Allah, I do not find any fault with Thabit regarding his religion nor his behavior, but I hate disbelief after becoming Muslim and I cannot stand him. "The Prophet ﷺ said to her: 'WiIl you give him back his garden?" She said: "Yes." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ told him to take back his garden from her and no more than that.
