عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ

tabarani:20827 – Yaḥyá b. ʿUthmān b. Ṣāliḥ > Saʿīd b. Abū Maryam > ʿAbdullāh b. Farrūkh > Ibn Jurayj > Saʿīd b. ʿUqbah al-Zuraqī > Zurʿah b. ʿAbdullāh b. Ziyād > ʿUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb > Asmāʾ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon her while she had some barley that she was grinding, so the Prophet ﷺ asked, "What are you doing with this?" She replied, "O Messenger of Allah, I am grinding it to feed so-and-so." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, it is a disease." He then entered upon her with a cupping glass, and asked, "What are you doing with this?" She replied, "So-and-so drinks from it." The Prophet ﷺ said, "If anything could ward off death, it would be cupping."

الطبراني:٢٠٨٢٧ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ فَرُّوخٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَعِنْدَهَا شُبْرُمٍ تَدُقُّهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَا تَصْنَعِينَ بِهَذَا؟» فَقَالَتْ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ أَسْقِيهِ فُلَانًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «إِنَّهُ دَاءٌ» وَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَمَعَهَا سَنِّيٌّ فَقَالَ مَا تَصْنَعِينَ بِهَذَا؟ فَقَالَتْ يَشْرَبُهُ فُلَانٌ فَقَالَ «لَوْ أَنَّ شَيْئًا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَدْفَعَ الْمَوْتَ لَدَفَعَ السَّنِّيُّ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ entered upon her one day and found her grinding barley. He said, "What are you doing with this?" She replied, "Fulan drinks it." He said, "If something could repel death or be of benefit against death, then barley would be it."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ وَعِنْدَهَا شُبْرُمٌ تَدُقُّهُ فَقَالَ «مَا تَصْنَعِينَ بِهَذَا؟» فَقَالَتْ يَشْرَبُهُ فُلَانٌ فَقَالَ «لَوْ أَنَّ شَيْئًا يَدْفَعُ الْمَوْتَ أَوْ يَنْفَعُ مِنَ الْمَوْتِ نَفَعَ السَّنَا»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْبَصْرِيِّينَ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ ؓ صحيح
