عَاصِمُ بْنُ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

[Machine] She said on the day Aisha died, "Today the most beloved person to the Prophet ﷺ has passed away." Then she said, "I seek forgiveness from Allah for what her father has been left with."  

الطبراني:٢٠١١٥حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَتَّاتُ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الطَّلْحِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَوْمَ مَاتَتْ عَائِشَةُ «الْيَوْمَ مَاتَ أَحَبُّ شَخْصٍ كَانَ فِي الدُّنْيَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ» ثُمَّ قَالَتْ «أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ مَا خَلَا أَبَاهَا»
