[Machine] "When the mu'adhin announced the call to Fajr prayer, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would get up and perform the two rak'ahs of Fajr prayer. Then he would go out to the mosque and prohibit eating until morning."

الطبراني:١٩٧١٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ بِالْفَجْرِ قَامَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ وَيُحَرِّمُ الطَّعَامَ وَكَانَ لَا يُؤَذَّنُ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ»

[Machine] It is reported that the Prophet ﷺ used to pray two units of prayer after the call to prayer, and he would prohibit eating. He would not call for the prayer until dawn approached.
