[Machine] I was with the Prophet ﷺ on a journey, and he went away to relieve himself. Two dark-complexioned women came and joined each other. The tree of Talhah or Sumrah came, and it circled around them and returned to its place. Then a camel came dragging its tether along the ground until it became wet with the tears around it. He said to his companions, "Do you know what this camel is saying?" They said, "What is it saying?" He said, "Its people wanted to slaughter it, so it called out for help. So it was sent back to me," He said, "Will one of you undertake to do good to it?" They said, "Of course, by Allah, we will always honor it." Then he passed by two graves in which two people were being punished. He said, "They are being punished, but the sins for which they are being punished are not significant." Then he took two fresh moist date-palm stalks and placed them on their graves. He said, "Perhaps their torment will be lightened as long as these date-palm stalks remain moist."

[Machine] I was with the Prophet ﷺ on a journey, and he wanted to attend to a need. So, he commanded me to bring him two stones, and he placed them in his hands. Then, he commanded me to join the two stones together, and I did so. Then, he instructed me to return the stones to their original positions. He then brought a camel and struck it with his whip on the ground, causing it to make a noise. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Do you know what the camel is saying?" He said, "It claims that its owner wants to slaughter it." So, the Prophet ﷺ sent a message to the owner of the camel, who said in response, "Are you requesting it as a gift?" The man said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have no possession more beloved to me than it." The Prophet ﷺ advised him to treat it kindly. The man replied, "Certainly, I will not honor its wealth over its nobility, O Messenger of Allah." The man then came upon a grave where its occupant was being punished. He said, "He is being punished in something other than the major punishment." So, the Prophet ﷺ commanded that a plantain leaf be placed on the grave, and he said, "Perhaps his punishment will be lightened for as long as it remains moist."
