[Machine] Indeed, Allah used to benefit us with your knowledge and you used to tell us about the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Whoever is in charge of the affairs of the Muslims and does not give them advice as he does for his own family, then let him take his place in the Fire." إِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ يَنْفَعُنَا بِالْعِلْمِ بِمُجَالَسَتِكَ وَكُنْتَ تُحَدِّثُنَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَعْقِلٌ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ وَلِيَ مِنْ أَمَرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ شَيْئًا فَلَمْ يُحِطْهُمْ بِنَصِيحَةٍ كَمَا يُحِيطُ أَهْلَ بَيْتِهِ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ» قَالَ مَا سَمِعْتُ هَذَا مِنْكَ قَبْلَ الْيَوْمِ قَالَ «مَا كُنْتُ لِأُحَدِّثَكَ بِهِ إِلَّا وَأَنَا عَلَى حَالَتِي هَذِهِ» قَالَ فَخَرَجَ زِيَادٌ يَجُرُّ ثَوْبَهُ
