[Machine] Subay'ah placed (herself) in the state of waiting (after the death of her husband) for a few days, then she went to the Prophet ﷺ and sought permission for marriage, so he granted her permission.  

الطبراني:١٧٢٠٧حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَازِمٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ قَالَ

وَضَعَتْ سُبَيْعَةُ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِأَيَّامٍ قَلَائِلَ فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «فَاسْتَأْذَنَتْ فِي النِّكَاحِ فَأَذِنَ لَهَا»
