أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَة

tabarani:16451 – ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz > Ibn al-Aṣbahānī > Sharīk > Jābir > Bī Jaʿfar > Likaʿb b. ʿUjrah Ḥaddath Bimā

[Machine] Did you hear about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "I heard him say, 'The daughter of the brother and the daughter of the sister are not permissible through breastfeeding.'"  

الطبراني:١٦٤٥١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا ابْنُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أبِي جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِكَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ حَدَّثْ بِمَا

سَمِعْتَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ «لَا تَحِلُّ بِنْتُ الْأَخِ وَلَا بِنْتُ الْأُخْتِ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ»

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Father's sister should not be combined with her brother's daughter, nor the daughter of a sister with her mother's sister.  

مسلم:١٤٠٨c – وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ مَدَنِيٌّ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ مِنْ وَلَدِ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْعَمَّةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ الأَخِ وَلاَ ابْنَةُ الأُخْتِ عَلَى الْخَالَةِ
