زِيَادٌ الْأَعْلَمُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited swearing an oath by walking and said, "Swearing an oath by walking means a man swears to perform Hajj as a pedestrian. Anyone who swears by anything like that should then atone for his oath and perform the Hajj on a riding animal."  

الطبراني:١٥٤٩٤حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ الطَّائِيُّ ثنا عَتَّابُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ رُسْتُمَ عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ وَيَقُولُ «إِنَّ الْمُثْلَةَ أَنْ يَحْلِفَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى أَنْ يَحُجَّ مَرْمُوقًا أَيْ مَاشِيًا وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ثُمَّ لِيَرْكَبْ»
