[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ sent me and wrote in the letters to the two groups: one of them is a Muslim and the other is a polytheist, "Take the tenth from the Muslim and take the jizyah from the polytheist."  

الطبراني:١٥٣٢٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَاجِيَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ أَبُو يَحْيَى صَاعِقَةٌ ثنا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْأَزْدِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ حَيَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ قَالَ

بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَكَتَبَ فِي الْخَلِيطَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا مُسْلِمٌ وَالْآخَرُ مُشْرِكٌ «أَنْ خُذْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِ الْعُشْرَ وَمِنَ الْمُشْرِكِ الْجِزْيَةَ»
