[Machine] When this verse was revealed, "So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great" the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Put it in your bowing." And when the verse was revealed, "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Put it in your prostration." And when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ bowed, he said, "Subhan Rabbi al-A'zim" three times, and when he prostrated, he said, "Subhan Rabbi al-A'la" three times.  

الطبراني:١٥٠١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْغَافِقِيُّ مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ قَدْ سَمَّاهُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ

لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ {فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ} قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اجْعَلُوهَا فِي رُكُوعِكُمْ» وَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اجْعَلُوهَا فِي سُجُودِكُمْ» وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ «سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ» ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَإِذَا سَجَدَ قَالَ «سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى» ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ

When "Glorify the name of your mighty Lord" was revealed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Use it when bowing, and when "Glorify the name of your most high Lord" was revealed, he said: Use it when prostrating yourself.  

أبو داود:٨٦٩ – حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ أَبُو تَوْبَةَ وَمُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمَعْنَى قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مُوسَى قَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ مُوسَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ

لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ { فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ } قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ اجْعَلُوهَا فِي رُكُوعِكُمْ فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى } قَالَ اجْعَلُوهَا فِي سُجُودِكُمْ

الحاكم:٨١٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَلِيمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدَانُ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَنْبَأَ مُوسَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ

لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ} [الواقعة 74] قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اجْعَلُوهَا فِي رُكُوعِكُمْ» فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى} [الأعلى 1] قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اجْعَلُوهَا فِي سُجُودِكُمْ»  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حِجَازِيٌّ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَا عَلَى الِاحْتِجَاجِ بِرُوَاتِهِ غَيْرِ إِيَاسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ وَهُوَ عَمِّ مُوسَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْقَاضِي وَمُسْتَقِيمُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ» إياس ليس بالمعروف
