ذِكْرُ نِسْبَتِهِ

tabarani:14266 – ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. Abū Muḥammad al-Yazīdī > Muḥammad b. Saʿd > al-Wāqidī

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away and 'Adi ibn Hatim was entrusted with the charities of his people, meaning he was appointed by the Messenger of Allah."  

الطبراني:١٤٢٦٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ الْيَزِيدِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنِ الْوَاقِدِيِّ قَالَ

«تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَدِيُّ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ عَلَى صَدَقَاتِ قَوْمِهِ يَعْنِي عَامِلَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ»
