[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he arrived in Medina. We used to pray towards the direction of the Qibla of Jerusalem for seventeen months.  

الطبراني:١٤١٤٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

«كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حِينَ قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ نُصَلِّي نَحْوَ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ مِنْ سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا»
