[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ allowed the cutting of the waist belt, the anklet, and the one who carries the stick of the beast.  

الطبراني:١٤١٤٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «أَذِنَ بِقَطْعِ المِشَدِّ والقَائمِتَينِ والمُتَّخِذَةِ عَصَا الدَّابَّةِ»
