أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ
[Machine] He said, "We were studying among ourselves, and we said, 'Which of us will go to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and ask him which deeds are most beloved to Allah?' So, one of us got up and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a man to us. Some of us began pointing to others, and he recited to us, 'Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allah' (Quran 57:1) from its beginning to its end." Hilal said, "He then recited it to us from its beginning to its end." Ata' bin Yasar said, "He then recited it to us from its beginning to its end." Al-Awza'i said, "Yahya then recited it to us from its beginning to its end."
