الطبراني:١٣٦١٢a – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَابْلُتِّيُّ ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ نَهِيكٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ كُلَّ جَارِيَةٍ بِهَا حَبَلٌ حَرَامٌ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا حَتَّى تَضَعَ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا وَإِنَّ كُلَّ حِمَارٍ يُعْتَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ لَحْمُهُ»
