[Machine] Because I would rather have rain fall from the sky than be a part of the bloodshed of Uthman.  

الطبراني:١٣٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْحَجَبِيُّ ثنا حَزْمُ بْنُ أَبِي حَزْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَكْرَةَ يَقُولُ

«لَأَنْ أَخِرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَأَنْقَطِعَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَكُونَ شَرِكْتُ فِي دَمِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ»
