when the prophet ﷺ drank, he used to breathe three times in the course of a drink and say : It is more whole some ,thrist-quenching and healthier. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3727)   

الطبراني:١٢٤٢حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْبَاقِي الْمِصِّيصِيُّ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَتُّوَيْهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثنا الْيَمَانُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ثنا ثُبَيْتُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ الضَّبِّيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ بَهْزٍ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَسْتَاكُ عَرْضًا وَيَشْرَبُ مَصًّا ويَتَنَفَّسُ ثَلَاثًا وَيَقُولُ «هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ»
