[Machine] "I married a virgin woman and found her to be pregnant. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'As for the child, he is your slave. If she gives birth, then flog her one hundred times but she still has the right to her dowry for what you enjoyed of her intimacy.'"  

الطبراني:١٢٤٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزْدَادَ التُّوزِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ بَصْرَةَ قَالَ

تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً بِكْرًا فِي خِدْرِهَا فَوَجَدْتُهَا حُبْلَى فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَمَّا الْوَلَدُ فَعَبْدٌ لَكَ فَإِذَا وَلَدَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا مِائَةً وَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا»

" عَنْ بَصْرَةَ الغفَارِيِّ قَالَ: تَزَوَّجتُ امْرَأةً بِكْرًا في خِدْرِهَا، فَوَجَدْتُهَا حُبْلَى، فَقَالَ النِّبِيُّ ﷺ : أَمَّا الوَلَدُ فَعَبْدٌ لَكَ، فَإِذَا وَلَدَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا مِائةً وَلَهَا المَهْرُ بما اسْتُحِلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا".
