[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "As for the child, he is your slave. So if she gives birth, then flog her with one hundred lashes and she shall have the dowry for what she has made lawful from her private parts." Adh-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the summary.
النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَمَّا الْوَلَدُ فَعَبْدٌ لَكَ فَإِذَا وَلَدَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
[Machine] "I married a virgin woman and found her to be pregnant. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'As for the child, he is your slave. If she gives birth, then flog her one hundred times but she still has the right to her dowry for what you enjoyed of her intimacy.'"
تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً بِكْرًا فِي خِدْرِهَا فَوَجَدْتُهَا حُبْلَى فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَمَّا الْوَلَدُ فَعَبْدٌ لَكَ فَإِذَا وَلَدَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا مِائَةً وَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا»
" عَنْ بَصْرَةَ الغفَارِيِّ قَالَ: تَزَوَّجتُ امْرَأةً بِكْرًا في خِدْرِهَا، فَوَجَدْتُهَا حُبْلَى، فَقَالَ النِّبِيُّ ﷺ : أَمَّا الوَلَدُ فَعَبْدٌ لَكَ، فَإِذَا وَلَدَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا مِائةً وَلَهَا المَهْرُ بما اسْتُحِلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا".
