[Machine] Jameelah bint Salul came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have no faults in the character or religion of Thabit bin Qays, but I cannot stand him and I hate disbelief in Islam." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her, "Do you want to return his garden to him?" She replied, "Yes." So the Prophet ﷺ ordered him to take back from her what he had given her, and he would not get any more.  

الطبراني:١١٨٣٤حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ثنا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ جَمِيلَةَ بِنْتَ سَلُولٍ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي لَا أَعْيَبُ عَلَى ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ فِي خُلُقٍ وَلَا دَيْنٍ وَلَكِنِّي لَا أُطِيقُهُ وَأَكْرَهُ الْكُفْرَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهَا مَا سَاقَ إِلَيْهَا وَلَا يَزْدَادَ

The wife of Thabit bin Qais came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I do not blame Thabit for defects in his character or his religion, but I, being a Muslim, dislike to behave in un-Islamic manner (if I remain with him)." On that Messenger of Allah ﷺ said (to her), "Will you give back the garden which your husband has given you (as Mahr)?" She said, "Yes." Then the Prophet ﷺ said to Thabit, "O Thabit! Accept your garden, and divorce her once."

أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ مَا أَعْتُبُ عَلَيْهِ فِي خُلُقٍ وَلاَ دِينٍ وَلَكِنِّي أَكْرَهُ الْكُفْرَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ اقْبَلِ الْحَدِيقَةَ وَطَلِّقْهَا تَطْلِيقَةً قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ لَا يُتَابَعُ فِيهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

"O Messenger of Allah, I do not find any fault with Thabit bin Qais regarding his attitude or religious commitment, but I hate Kufr after becoming Muslim." The Messenger of Allah said: "Will you give him back his garden?" She said: "Yes." The Messenger of Allah said: "Take back the garden and divorce her once."

Jamilah bint Salul came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: "By Allah, I do not find any fault with Thabit regarding his religion nor his behavior, but I hate disbelief after becoming Muslim and I cannot stand him. "The Prophet ﷺ said to her: 'WiIl you give him back his garden?" She said: "Yes." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ told him to take back his garden from her and no more than that.
