[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to raise his hands in every rak'ah, and the righteous said to do so after every takbirah.  

الطبراني:١٠٩٣٦حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّالِحِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ» وَقَالَ الصَّالِحِيُّ عِنْدَ كُلِّ تَكْبِيرَةٍ
