[Machine] To Ibn Abbas and mentioned the cursed ones, is it the woman whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If I were to stone someone without clear evidence, I would have stoned her"? Ibn Abbas said, "No, that is not a woman who revealed (her sin).  

الطبراني:١٠٧١٢حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ شَدَّادٍ قَالَ

لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَذَكَرَ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ أَهِيَ الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِي قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَوْ كُنْتُ رَاجِمًا عَنْ غَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ لَرَجَمْتُهَا» ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَا تِلْكَ امْرَأَةٌ أَعْلَنَتْ

Ibn ʿAbbas mentioned the couple who had taken the oath of Lian. ʿAbdullah bin Shaddad said (to him), "Was this woman about whom Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'If I were ever to stone to death any woman without witnesses. (I would have stoned that woman to death)?' Ibn ʿAbbas replied," No, that lady exposed herself (by her suspicious behavior).

Ibn ʿAbbas mentioned the case of a couple on whom the judgment of Lian has been passed. ʿAbdullah bin Shaddad said, "Was that the lady in whose case the Prophet ﷺ said, "If I were to stone a lady to death without a proof (against her)?' "Ibn ʿAbbas said, "No! That was concerned with a woman who though being a Muslim used to arouse suspicion by her outright misbehavior." (See Hadith No. 230, Vol.7)

Are these the two about whom Allah's Apostle ﷺ said." If I were to stone one without evidence, I would have definitely stoned her"? Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) said: She is not this woman; but she is the one who (committed adultery) openly.

“Ibn ʿAbbas mentioned two people who had engaged in the process of Liʿan. Ibn Shaddad said to him: 'Is this the one of whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “If I were to stone anyone without proof I would have stoned so-and-so.” IbnʿAbbas said: 'No, that was a woman who, (although she was a Muslim), used to expose herself.'”
