السيوطي:٨٣٧٧a –

"إِنْ أَنْتُمْ قدَرْتُمْ عَلَيْه فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَلَا تَحْرقُوهُ بالنَّارِ فَإنَّهُ إِنَّمَا يُعَذِّبُ بالنَّارِ رَبُّ النَّارِ" .  

[حم] أحمد [د] أبو داود [ع] أبو يعلى [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير والباوردى، [ض] ضياء المقدسي في مختاره عن حمزة بن عمر والأَسلمى أَن رسول اللَّه ﷺ بَعثَه هُوَ ورهطا معه إِلى رجُلٍ منْ عذرَةَ وَقَالَ: إِنْ قْدَرْتُمْ علَى فُلَانٍ فَحَرِّقُوهُ بالنَّار ثم ردّهم وقال: فذكره) [د] أبو داود عن أَبى هريرة

"عن حمزة الأسلمىِّ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - بَعَثَهُ فِى رَهْطِ سَرِيَّةٍ فَقَالَ: إِن (* *) قَدَرْتُمْ عَلَى فُلَانٍ فَاحْرقُوهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنْ قَدَرْتُم عَلَيْهِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَلَا تَحْرِقُوهُ بِالنَّارِ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُعَذَّبُ بِالنَّارِ إِلَّا رَبُّ النَّارِ".
