" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered his Musalla and saw the people who looked as if they were smiling. So he said: 'Indeed, if you were to increase in remembrance of the severer of pleasures, then you would find yourselves too busy for what I see. So increase in remembrance of death, the severer of pleasures. For indeed there is no day that comes upon the grave except that it speaks, saying: "I am thee house of the estranged, I am the house of the solitude, I am the house of dust, and I am the house of the worm-eaten." When the believing worshipper is buried, the grave says to him: "Welcome, make yourself comfortable. Indeed, to me, you are the most beloved of those who walked upon me. Since you have been entrusted to me and delivered to me today, you shall see what I have arranged for you." It will then widen for him so that his sight extends, and the door to Paradise is opened for him. And when the wicked worshipper or the disbeliever is buried , the grave says to him: "You are not welcome, do not get comfortable. Indeed, to me, you are the most hated of those who walked upon me. Since you have been entrusted to me and delivered to me today, you shall see what I have arranged for you.'" He said: 'It will begin closing in on him(squeezing him) until his ribs are crushing each other.'" He said: " The Messenger of Allah ﷺ clasped some of his fingers between others and said: 'Seventy giant serpents will constrict him, if even one of them were to hiss on the earth, nothing upon it would grow as long as it remained. They will chew on him and bite him until he is brought to the Reckoning.'" He said: " The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The grave is but a garden from the gardens of Paradise, or a pit from the pits of the Fire.'"

tabarani:16021[Chain 1] ʿAbdullāh b. Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal from my father [Chain 2] Muḥammad b. ʿAbdūs b. Kāmil al-Sarrāj And Muḥammad b. Muḥammad al-Judhūʿī al-Qāḍī > ʿAlī b. al-Jaʿd > Muḥammad b. Yazīd al-Wāsiṭī > Ziyād al-Jaṣṣāṣ > al-Ḥasan > Qays b. ʿĀṣim al-Minqarī

[Machine] I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and when he saw me, I heard him say, "This is the master of the Arabs." He then said, "When we descended, I came to him and started talking to him." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, the wealth that I have does not have any followers from guests, and my dependents have increased." He said, "The best wealth is 40 dinars and more, and woe to those who have 200 dinars, unless they give in its messengers, emergencies, and to the poor, and slaughter their fat camels to feed the contented and the needy." I said, "O Prophet of Allah, what noble manners and good conduct!" He said, "What do you do?" I said, "The camels graze, and people come and whoever wishes takes the lead of a she-camel and takes it away." He said, "What do you do with the weak camels?" I said, "I do not give away the young or the wounded she-camels." He said, "What is more beloved to you, your wealth or the wealth of your allies?" I said, "My wealth is more beloved to me than the wealth of my allies." He said, "Then, you have from your wealth what you have eaten and exhausted, or what you have worn and worn out, or what you have given away and spent, and otherwise they gather it and give it to you." I said, "By Allah, even if they remain, I will spend their number." Al-Hasan said, "So he did, by Allah." When death approached Qays, he said, "O my sons, take advice from me. I find nothing more sincere for you than what I advise you with when I die. So, honor your elders and do not dishonor your young ones, as people will laugh at you and disrespect you. And be wary of asking, as it is the end of a person's earning. For no one asks except that his earning is left behind. And when I die, do not wail over me, as I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbidding wailing. Shroud me in the same clothes that I used to pray and fast in. And when you bury me, do not bury me in a place where anyone can see me, for there were some disputes between me and Bakr ibn Wail in the time of ignorance, and I fear they may dig me up and do things that would harm your religion and worldly affairs." Al-Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, said, "He advised them during his life and he advised them in death."
